Phases
When it comes to Landscaping most people are on a budget. Unfortunately, it is rare that their wish list matches that budget. When that is the case, I like to recommend dividing the work into project phases. This allows the client to focus on the 'must have' items on their wish list. With landscaping it is easy to build on work already accomplished. Once the basics are in place you can easily come back and install the 'luxury items'. For example, this year you install the patio so that you can start enjoying the outside. Next year you budget for a fireplace for that patio and start enjoying the patio space year round. Starting small doesn't mean that your landscaping can't grow as your family or budget does.
Rock Solid can design and plan all of these stages or phases of your overall Landscaping. Design services are complimentary when at least one phase is completed with our company.
Do it Yourselfers
I frequently meet with clients who are Do it Yourselfers. Some people want to save money, others enjoy doing the work themselves and some are keen to do both. Okay so you want to do it yourself but you have no concept of design or knowledge of appropriate plantings. Do Camellias prefer Sun or Shade? Should I mortar the walkway or place it in sand?
Rock Solid can answer these questions for you as well as design your layout. For a one time design fee you'll receive an initial consultation, detailed landscape plan, and up to two follow-up consultations. Remember that estimates are always free!
